How does Lifepath Coaching work?

Building a relationship is important to the successful coaching experience.  That relationship starts with the first call in which we discuss why you are seeking coaching. The first call is an important and big first step.  It takes a lot of strength to ask for help when you are transitioning to something new in your life.  You do not have to have goals in place before you call. We will develop them together.  Many people who seek coaching have an idea that they are just not as happy as they could be, but really don't know why.  

If you decide that you would like to pursue coaching, we set up a meeting schedule that works for you.  That schedule can be as often as daily, or as infrequently as a couple times a month;  and the schedule can change depending on your needs.

The rate is $100 per session, sliding fee scale is available.  Each session lasts 45-60 minutes.  But they can be shorter or longer depending on what is going on for you at that time.

Goal Setting:  Where do you want to be? Develop a plan or action.

Action:  Putting the plan in place.
